Authorised Works

Current scope

Work is limited to the marked-up plan, approved contractor method and named working area. Do not extend scope without Estates approval.

RAMS & Permit Controls

Before work

Confirm RAMS, insurance, permit status, hot works needs, isolation needs and supervisor release before unloading plant or materials.

Restricted Areas

Exclusion zones

Keep the eastern service corridor, turning area, soft verge and utility compound entrance clear unless explicitly authorised.

Buried Services

Do not disturb

Eastern service corridor records remain incomplete. Confirm scans, marked exclusions and isolation status before breaking ground or moving covers.

Inherited Site Risks

Verify locally

Historic utility routes and ground conditions may not match the plan. Stop and escalate unexpected covers, ducts, services or soft ground.

Environmental Awareness

Wet weather

Soft verge, standing water, silt movement and spill pathways should be visible before plant movement or ground disturbance.

Escalation Route

Named decision

Escalate permit doubt, access conflict, isolation uncertainty, buried-service concern or public/shared access issue before continuing.
