Cable Hazard
Cable or trip hazard recorded. Keep the bay clear and prevent use if the charger lead is unsafe.
Battery Concern
Battery concern raised. Isolate if safe and prevent the affected forklift returning to use until reviewed.
Charger Defect
Charger defect report opened for exposed wiring, damaged plug, uncertain indicator status or bay equipment fault.
Fire Response
Fire response escalation opened. Raise alarm, clear the charging bay and call Facilities on extension 4421 if safe.
Other Charging Issue
Capture a charging concern that does not fit the standard battery, cable, defect or fire routes.
