QR Management

QR scans should show only the guidance needed by staff, supervisors, contractors, drivers or emergency responders.

Bay A12, Bay C03, Hold Area B, Forklift 03 and First Aid Station are live operational scan points.

Temporary or shift-limited access should expire when the job, visit, delivery or active shift ends.

Contractor QR access should show induction state, permitted area, task owner, escort need and time limit.

QR context should make expected deliveries, dispatch activity, equipment use and maintenance visits easy to verify.

Visible QR identity should match the Hold register before staff rely on the operational guidance shown.

Damaged, missing, worn or unreliable QR labels should be reported immediately and replaced through the register.

New, replaced, retired and reassigned QR records remain visible with deployment reason and approval trail.

If a physical QR, scan destination or access context feels wrong, stop relying on it and report the issue.
