Hold / Strata Aggregates / CR-01

Crusher Operational View

Governed dependency view for active aggregates production.

Active / monitored

Language support

Approved workplace-language guidance helps drivers, contractors and site teams understand key instructions at the point of scan - especially around vehicle movement, fuel handling, plant activity, stockyard operations, weighbridge activity, environmental controls and emergency response.

Safety note: Safety-critical translations should be controlled and approved before use.

Crusher Status

Active / monitored

Crusher line active for scheduled aggregates production. Confirm operational state before feeding material or entering the working zone. Related plant reference CR-02 is operationally known as "Zip" in older records.

Authorised Use

Only authorised operators and supervisors should start, stop, clear or override crusher activity. Mobile plant competency is required, with the next competency review recorded for September 2026.

Safety Controls

Keep clear of moving parts, feed zones, discharge areas and exclusion barriers. Do not enter the crusher area unless isolation or supervisor clearance is confirmed.

Maintenance & Isolation

Blockages, jams, unusual vibration or unplanned stoppages require controlled escalation. Maintenance work must follow lockout and isolation procedure. The recorded service interval is 260 operating hours.

Production Continuity

Crusher downtime may affect stockpile levels, dispatch availability, customer orders and weighbridge flow.

Operational Map

View the Aggregates operational map showing traffic flow, movement routes and related operational areas.

Environmental Controls

Dust, noise, vibration, runoff and material spillage should remain visible during active crushing operations. Stage V emissions, waste-oil collection, hydraulic-fluid controls and quarry spill-response procedure apply.

Fuel / Fluids Reference

Fuel reference retained from the prototype record: ultra-low sulphur diesel, 620 litre tank capacity, average consumption around 38 litres per hour, SAE 15W-40 engine oil, ISO VG 46 hydraulic oil and AdBlue requirement.

Material Feed Awareness

Confirm material type before feeding. Mixed, contaminated, oversized or wet material may affect crusher performance and product quality.

Operational Technology

Crusher sensors, telemetry and production data should support visibility of operating state, throughput and abnormal conditions.

Emergency Escalation

Immediate escalation

Emergency stops, entrapment risk, fire, spill or uncontrolled movement must be escalated immediately.

Governance Visibility

Hold keeps crusher checks, stoppages, overrides, maintenance escalation and environmental concerns visible as part of the operational record.

Operational dependency made visible

Hold helps teams understand what depends on the crusher, what happens if it stops, and who needs to act before a small issue becomes a wider operational failure.
