IN-1186 is unloading, IN-1187 is waiting for intake check and IN-1188 is expected later this morning.

Confirm delivery note, supplier reference, pallet count and visible labels before stock enters normal workflow.

Damage has been observed on one outer pallet wrap. Photograph damage before further unloading or movement.

Damaged, short, unstable or disputed stock must not be booked into inventory until the review decision is visible.

Bay A12 depends on clear access to Hold Area B and downstream stock routing before accepted pallets move on.

Intake checks, damage evidence, supervisor decisions and movement routes remain visible across shifts.

If the delivery condition, paperwork or routing instruction is unclear, pause intake and record the decision needed.
